This coaching path is for startup founders navigating the intensity of building something from the ground up. Whether you're making high-stakes decisions, leading a growing team, managing uncertainty, or balancing your well-being with the relentless demands of your startup, our work together will give you space to step back, think clearly, and make intentional moves. Coaching offers a sounding board for tough decisions, helps you stay focused on what truly matters, and supports you in developing the resilience and adaptability needed in the ever-changing startup landscape.
Coaching Period: A 6-month program with one 1.5-hour session per month.
Investment: Invest what you feel the coaching is worth (No Minimum Investment)
Paid upfront or with an investment plan you design.This coaching forms part of my formal qualification in executive and senior-level coaching. While I complete this, I am offering this pathway without a minimum investment requirement.

Through coaching, you’ll gain space to reflect on your impact, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop new ways of relating that foster deeper connections, mutual respect, and bring out the best in those around you.

Stage One: Chemistry Call
Coaching is a co-creative partnership, and finding the right fit is essential for a successful coaching journey. That’s why I offer a free chemistry call to anyone considering investing in one of my coaching pathways. This conversation serves two purposes:
Two-way Discovery: I’ll share more about my coaching approach and how we can create meaningful transformation together. You’ll also have the opportunity to share what’s bringing you to coaching now and what you hope to gain from our work together, should we decide to move forward.
Chemistry Check: During our conversation, we’ll both assess whether we are a good fit for each other, ensuring a strong and effective coaching relationship that lays the groundwork for lasting change and transformation.
This is your chance to ask questions and explore how coaching can best support your goals, with no obligation to proceed.
Stage Two: Coaching Questionnaire
Coaching is a journey of self-discovery, and meaningful change begins with reflection. After our chemistry call, you’ll complete a short questionnaire designed to help you gain clarity on what’s bringing you to coaching and what you want to get from the process.
This step serves two key purposes:
Deepening Your Reflection: Taking time to answer these questions helps you explore your motivations, aspirations, and challenges, setting the foundation for our work together.
Understanding You: Your responses give me valuable insights into your experiences, values, and goals so that I can tailor our coaching journey to best support you.
We’ll use your answers as a starting point in our first session, exploring key themes, uncovering patterns, and shaping our focus areas. This process ensures that coaching is meaningful, intentional, and aligned with what matters most to you.
Stage Three: Coaching Begins
With the groundwork laid, we now step into the coaching process itself. Our sessions will be a dedicated space for exploration, challenge, and growth, where we work together to unlock insights, overcome obstacles, and move toward the changes you want to create.
At the start of our six sessions, we’ll clarify the overarching purpose and direction of your coaching path—think of this as the completed jigsaw puzzle we’re working towards. Then, in each session, you’ll bring the next area you want to explore—whether it’s a challenge to navigate, a shift to make, or a step forward in the change you’re creating. Piece by piece, section by section, we’ll work through the puzzle, each session bringing us closer to reaching the overall purpose of our coaching journey.
Each session is designed to support your progress—whether that’s refining your vision, shifting perspectives, or taking meaningful action. Through thought-provoking conversations and reflective practices, we’ll ensure that every step you take is aligned with what truly matters to you.
This is where transformation unfolds—where insight turns into action, and action leads to lasting change.
Stage Four: Transformation Longevity Evaluation
Six months after completing your coaching journey, we’ll reconnect to assess the lasting impact of our work together. This step is all about evaluating the transformation that is still active and present in your life. During this check-in, we’ll reflect on the progress you've made and identify how the changes you’ve created continue to shape your personal and professional life.
You have the choice of how we approach this evaluation—either through a 30-minute follow-up call or by completing a questionnaire. This is your opportunity to share how far you’ve come, where you may still want to grow, and what aspects of our coaching path have remained most meaningful and effective.
This step ensures that the transformation you’ve worked hard to create continues to thrive and evolve, giving you the tools to sustain positive change long after our coaching journey ends. This evaluation is included in both coaching pathways
